Impact: At the outset CGP put into place a 100% equity capital structure to allow for maximum flexibility in pursuing an aggressive growth strategy. Additionally, the board was structured with experienced scientists as well as CGP representatives to support management with extensive and sound financial, scientific, and strategic advice.
